Buckley Joins Boylan Code

Boylan Code LLP is pleased to announce that Michael F. Buckley has joined the firm as a Partner in the firm’s Trust and Estates Group.

He has over 40 years of legal experience, concentrating his practice on complex estate planning, business succession and estate and trust administration. 

Prior to joining Boylan Code, Mr. Buckley was a Partner at Harter Secrest & Emery LLP in Rochester, New York.

Mr. Buckley is a graduate of Cornell University (J.D., 1968) and Dartmouth College (B.A., 1965).  He is a member of the American College of Trusts & Estates Counsel; Trusts & Estates Sections of the New York, Florida and Monroe County Bar Associations; Estate Planning Council of Rochester; and the International Association of Financial Planners.

Mr. Buckley is listed in Best Lawyers in America for Trusts & Estates and in Super Lawyers 2011 for Estate Planning & Probate.  He has achieved the highest AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and is also listed in Who’s Who in America and Who’s Who in the World.

He has a long history of community service, including Board membership in the following organizations:  Daystar – for Medically Fragile Infants; Highland Hospital Foundation; Rochester Area Community Foundation; University of Rochester Medical Center; James P. Wilmot Foundation; and YMCA of Greater Rochester.

Mr. Buckley resides in Penfield, New York.
